Christiane Forstnig (born in Austria in 1976) is interested in immersive environments and the potential of exhibtions and projects in public space to establish a meaningful exchange with its visitors/participants. Christiane studied art and design in Austria, Switzerland, the USA and Spain and recently graduated from Zurich University, Switzerland, where she was enrolled in philosophy and gender and cultural studies. She gained extensive professional experience in the fields of exhibition and museum design while working in the USA and various places in Europe. Informed by her dual background as creator and thinker, she is currently looking to weave herself into the Swiss cultural working life.
